Rental Software Services
Subscription Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their subscription for our rental software services at any time. To cancel a subscription, users must notify Global DigiTech Services in writing or through the designated cancellation process provided on our platform.
Refund for Prepaid Subscriptions::
For prepaid subscriptions, a refund will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period upon cancellation. No refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.
Monthly Subscription:
Customers on a monthly subscription plan will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle after cancellation. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Termination for Violation:
Global DigiTech Services reserves the right to terminate a subscription and deny a refund in cases where the customer violates the terms of service or engages in any unlawful or inappropriate conduct.
Custom Coded Software
No Cancellation or Refund Policy:
Once a custom-coded software solution is delivered to the customer and accepted, no cancellations or refunds will be provided. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly evaluate and test the software during the development phase to ensure it meets their requirements.
Acceptance of Deliverables:
The acceptance of the custom-coded software is considered final, and any issues or concerns should be reported during the testing and acceptance phase. Global DigiTech Services will address and rectify any bugs or issues identified during this phase.
Modifications and Updates:
Global DigiTech Services is committed to providing ongoing support and updates for the custom-coded software to address any unforeseen issues or changes in requirements. Requests for modifications or updates will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional fees.
Digital Marketing Services
Service Termination:
Customers may terminate digital marketing services with a written notice to Global DigiTech Services. Termination will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund for Unused Services:
For prepaid digital marketing services, a refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service after termination. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Monthly Services:
Customers on a monthly service plan will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle after termination. The termination will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
Modification of Services:
Global DigiTech Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the digital marketing services. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes, and adjustments to service fees may be made accordingly.
